ConnectWise has launched a collaborative hub for partners called the ConnectWise Virtual Community. Partners of the company will now have one central space online to engage with ConnectWise executives, experts and peers. The platform will provide links to helpful content that supports and connects the entire ConnectWise ecosystem.

ConnectWise has been building and nurturing “the IT Nation.” Now, the company is leveling up this entire group and taking it virtual for near real-time engagement.

ConnectWise Solutions & IT Nation

The ConnectWise Virtual Community will have two key community collaboration spaces: ConnectWise Solutions and the IT Nation. Both spaces are exclusive for ConnectWise partners to connect, interact with ConnectWise product experts, and engage with education training consultants.

The ConnectWise Solutions also offer access to best practices, product education, business knowledge and product innovation topics. The IT Nation space keeps conversations going before, after and in-between in-person events through virtual, real-time collaboration.

ConnectWise’s Amy Lucia

“Having served [technology service providers] for over four decades, we know how important community and connection is to maintain a thriving ecosystem,” said Amy Lucia, chief marketing officer, ConnectWise. “Our new, expansive virtual community is part of our commitment to deliver a more meaningful partner experience, increase access to ConnectWise experts, and create a safe space for partners to network and learn from their peers. Partners can expect us to listen, learn and evolve our platform over the coming months.”

ConnectWise created its Virtual Community with all partner roles in mind. It includes those who work directly with the product and the individuals involved with billing. Essentially, this community was created to connect users with content, people, tools and areas of opportunity that may exist in their role and business.

ConnectWise University Boost

The virtual community will also have a federated search with ConnectWise University. This will offer easy access to ConnectWise documentation and peer answers to partner questions. There will be a continuous rollout of new features on the platform throughout the year including product enhancement requests later this year.

The virtual community/central space will offer support to partners in geographic regions including Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
