Hola, amigos! Welcome to the Channel Partner Program Roundup, our weekly recap of what’s the what what in the channel partner space. This week our lassos have snared news from RightAnswers, Thinking Phone Networks and Commence CRM, so without further ado, let’s get to it.

RightAnswers: The provider of cloud-based knowledge management and self-service solutions announced that its RightAnswers SuiteApp has achieved “Built for NetSuite” verification. The SuiteApp, built using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud computing platform, integrates RightAnswers Unified Knowledge Platform and NetSuite to bring a combination of CRM and knowledge management, offering a more complete solution that improves customer service by allowing customers to get correct answers to their questions more quickly and easily through web-based self-service, according to the company.

Built for NetSuite is a program for NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) partners that provides them with information, resources and a method to verify that their applications and integrations, built using the NetSuite SuiteCloud Computing Platform, meet the latest NetSuite standards and best practices. The Built for NetSuite program is designed to give NetSuite customers additional confidence that SuiteApps have been built to meet these standards.

Thinking Phone Networks: The unified communications as a service (UCaaS) vendor has been awarded Frost & Sullivan’s Company of the Year Award in the North American hosted IP telephony and UCC services market.

“Frost & Sullivan recognizes Thinking Phone Networks for its leading position in the hosted IP telephony and UCC services market through a sustainable growth strategy, highly effective execution, strong focus on product innovation, and the delivery of superior customer value,” said Elka Popova, program director at Frost & Sullivan. “In 2012 and 2013, the company outperformed many of its competitors in terms of installed base and revenue growth rates, customer churn, service availability, feature enhancements, channel expansion, and other key performance indicators. It is well-positioned to continue on its growth trajectory and gain market share over the next few years.”

Commence Corp.: The provider of SaaS and on-premise customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) announced its partnership with Phoenix Fire, a business development agency specializing in partner channel development within the technology sector. This strategic partnership will bring Commence’s CRM products to new resellers and customers and, according to the company, demonstrates its commitment to global expansion.

“Relaunching our channel program will allow Commence to have a larger footprint with local resources that can sell our product and assist customers with implementation, training and customization,” said Larry Caretsky, president and CEO of Commence. “We are excited to work with Phoenix Fire; the company’s proven expertise in building partner ecosystems will help Commence quickly expand our sales and marketing channels with business partners best positioned to meet the rapidly increasing demand for SaaS CRM by SMBs.”
