Channel Program Roundup: Connected Data, PlanetOne, Enghouse Interactive

Happy Thursday, and welcome to this week's Channel Partner Program Roundup. This week we’re covering the latest news from Connected Data, PlanetOne Communications and Enghouse Interactive.

Connected Data: Connected Data signed a North American distribution agreement with immixGroup to sell its Transporter private cloud file sync and share solution to local, state and federal institutions.

Transporter automates compliance access and file protection in addition to improving storage efficiency and file access performance, according to the company.

"The Transporter appliance provides immixGroup with an opportunity to enhance its trusted advisor status with its government accounts and partners—further demonstrating its commitment to meeting this market's unique requirements," said Russ Johnson, chief operations officer at Connected Data, in a statement.

PlanetOne: IT and telecom connectivity partner PlanetOne Communications is the latest company to join the Partner Network for Rackspace (RAX), giving its resellers access to Rackspace’s portfolio of cloud services and solutions.

PlanetOne's inclusion in Rackspace’s partner network is intended to add mutual value for current customers and increase the market exposure and reputation for both companies, according to the announcement.

“Rackspace is one of the world’s most reputable cloud companies and we’re thrilled to work with them and empower our channel partners to create and capitalize on the seemingly limitless opportunities around cloud and managed IT services,” said Ted Schuman, CEO of PlanetOne.

Enghouse Interactive: Contact center solutions developer Enghouse Interactive launched its new North American Partner Portal this week, featuring resources including product sheets, technical documents, training tools and more.

North American partners can also use the portal to access sales and marketing resources and log into the Enghouse Interactive MySupport Portal.

"With hundreds of partners across North America, Enghouse Interactive understands the channel model and is heavily invested in providing its partners with the tools and support to make an impact in the marketplace," said John De Los Reyes, Enghouse Interactive’s vice president of Channel Sales. "A great deal of our success is attributable to partners, and the new Partner Portal demonstrates our appreciation and gratitude for their tenacity and commitment to Enghouse Interactive."

That’s all for this week, but make sure to stop by next time for the latest from the channel. Until then, stay safe out there.
