Channel Partner Program Roundup: Snow Software, OpenMarket, Kaspersky Lab

Snow Software: Software Asset Management (SAM) solution provider Snow Software debuted its global partner program this week as it seeks to “drive growth with higher value multi-market customers, while giving partners the opportunity to increase revenues through software licensing, services and support.”

The program consists of a traditional three-tier structure, including Authorized, Gold and Platinum levels, according to the announcement. Snow said the program covers both on-premise license sales as well as own-brand Managed SAM Services.

“Demand for software asset management, in particular cloud-based, is not limited to a region or market, it’s a global opportunity for both Snow and our partners,” said Jan Gottlander, group vice president of Snow Software, in a statement. “We recognize that enabling that growth for our partners around the world and offering a consistent experience is crucial in meeting demand and securing the future success of Snow’s partners.”

OpenMarket: Enterprise mobile engagement solution provider OpenMarket launched its global mobile messaging partner program this week, alongside partners In the Chat and Interactions, according to a press release. The partner program is aimed at helping companies in the hospitality industry leverage new forms of communication with their customers.

The program includes integrated agent chat, social media and virtual assistant technology within the company’s Mobile Engagement Platform.

“We believe mobile will fundamentally transform how enterprises communicate and engage with their customers,” said Jay Emmet, General Manager for OpenMarket. “We are committed to assisting companies in navigating this profound shift by enabling them to deliver superior customer experiences via interactions with higher value. Our partner program is based on our deep mobile messaging expertise paired with our partners’ understanding of the importance of offering innovative, yet cohesive solutions that build long-lasting relationships with customers at every step in their journey. ”

Kaspersky Lab: Cybersecurity solution provider Kaspersky Lab announced the start of its March For Rewards business to business partner promotion this week, which will allow partners to win prizes by selling the company’s B2B products and services.

The program is valid from March 1-29, according to the announcements. Rewards will be distributed in the form of gift vouchers.

“We greatly value the contribution of our partners in the business. March being financial year end and a month when our partners work very hard, this is a small way to show our appreciation,” said Altaf Halde, managing director for South Asia, Kaspersky Lab. “We hope that our partners will lap up this great opportunity and truly March for Rewards this month!”
