Thanks for stopping by, Roundup Rangers, for another weekly dose of brand new channel partner news. This week, we’ve gathered the latest info from NaviSite, En Pointe Technologies and CA Technologies (CA).

NaviSite: The cloud-enabled hosting, managed applications and services provider has added 10 master agents to its partner list, for a total of 14 master agents. The latest additions to the roster include:

  • ChaseTek

  • CNSG

  • Connectivity Source

  • Glacier Communications

  • One Connect

  • Subsidium

  • Synnex

  • Telarus

  • Teledomani-MPG

  • Telegration

  • VGE

Master agents act as the middlemen between NaviSite and its agent community, and help to oversee administrative and financial transactions, according to the company. Master agents also have access to a recurring revenue model through the life of their contract and additional training and tools, including a partner portal content management system.

“As NaviSite’s channel community continues to expand, master agents play a critical role in helping to scale to serve our growing number of business partners and extend our reach to more customers across various industries,” said Craig Sandman, senior director of NaviSite’s channel program, in a statement. “Master Agents help drive deeper engagement and enhance relationships across NaviSite’s channel footprint.”

En Pointe: The Microsoft (MSFT) licensing solution provider was named Dell’s Software Partner of the Year for fiscal year 2015. The award was announced at the recent Dell Partner Summit in Austin, Texas.
