Interactive Intelligence: Customer engagement software and cloud service provider Interactive Intelligence Group launched a new Global Partner Program on Tuesday with features and benefits designed to bring its partners new revenue opportunities.
The new program includes systems integrator and Telco/Carrier Programs as well as features that are expected to foster closer relationships between Interactive Intelligence and its cloud market partners. updated features include simplified partner levels and contracts across all sales models as well as the addition of a PureCloud track, according to the announcement. An Alliance Program and Consultant Program are available for partners with complementary solutions and for independent consultants, respectively.
“As we’ve expanded our product offering and global footprint, we realized that we needed to both streamline partner engagement and diversify our partner ecosystem,” said Darren Gill, Interactive Intelligence vice president of channels, in a statement. “The changes we’ve made are designed to better support our existing contact center-focused partners, while more quickly bringing to market our new cloud offering and building out our services business to reach new customers.”
Instart Logic: Application delivery provider Instart Logic recently launched its global partner program, which is expected to help the company expand into new markets and collaborate with regional and global organizations, according to the announcement.
The program includes a standard three-tier structure consisting of silver, gold and platinum levels, with benefits differing based on the level of partner interaction.
“Our ability to provide speed, security and scale can only happen with meaningful, strategic partnerships throughout the world that enable us to accelerate our go to market within the various regions," said Samrah Khan, head of business development and partnerships at Instart Logic. "Collaborating with organizations that share our vision allow us to provide more customers with the best solutions for delivering web and mobile applications.”
