Channel Partner Program Roundup: Computex, OneNeck IT, Ixia

Howdy, channel partners! This week in the roundup we’ve got some boot-stompin’ good news from Computex Technology Solutions, OneNeck IT Solutions and Ixia (XXIA). Saddle up and let’s get started.

Computex: IT solution provider Computex has earned three new certifications from Cisco Systems (CSCO), including the Master Collaboration Specialization, Master Security Specialization and Master Cloud and Managed Services Specialization. Computex’s recognition in these three categories means the company has achieved a mastery of the business expertise and technological knowledge needed to sell, deploy and support Cisco solutions, according to the announcement.

Cisco partners can only receive Master specialization after completing the company’s highest level of product and sales training. Computex is also a Cisco Gold level certification partner.

“Being recognized as a ‘Cisco Gold Certified Partner with a Triple Master’ shows the ongoing investments and dedication Computex is making to ensure our sales expertise, advanced technical capabilities and managed services are easily differentiated, exceptional by every measure, and engineered to deliver superior business value to our customers,” said Sam Haffar, CEO of Computex, in a statement.

OneNeck IT: In related Cisco news, OneNeck IT has achieved a Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from the networking solutions vendor for its customer service achievements in the United States.

Gold Star recipients are chosen based on regional target goals and each partner’s pre- and post-sales support over a 12-month period, according to the announcement. Winners are also included in the advanced search menu of the Cisco Partner Locator as a reward for their service.

“Achieving a Gold Star from Cisco is a huge complement to our employees who dedicate themselves to delighting our customers,” said Terry Swanson, senior vice president of Solutions Providers at OneNeck. “Teaming up with Cisco allows us to provide our customers with the most advanced, reliable products and services.”

Ixia: Application performance and security solution provider Ixia launched its new Application Performance specialization this week to help its channel partners to differentiate their solutions and set them apart for their expertise in selling the company’s products and services.

The Application Performance Specialization includes the company’s IxChariot Network Assessment Suite, network visibility solutions and its Application and Threat Intelligence Processor.

Partners who receive an Ixia specialization are eligible for additional discounts in their focus areas, according to the company. Interested resellers who want to join the Channel Xcelerate Specializations Program are required to prove that a certain percentage of their annual revenue is derived from their specialization area of choice and complete the required certification and testing programs.

That’s all for now, folks. We’ll see you back here next week. Until then, stay safe out there.
