Bigleaf Networks updated its SD-WAN pricing options to better accommodate MSPs.

Bigleaf Networks introduced a “standardized, tiered” pricing model, which will give copious discounts to high-volume partners. Co-founder and chief revenue officer Jeff Burchett said partners can make more money as a result.

The current work-from-home environment is making SD-WAN even more relevant, according to Burchett.

“As we’ve talked with our customers over the past several months, we’ve heard a familiar refrain: How can they make their home office connectivity look and work like it did when they were working from the corporate office?  That’ss created huge demand for our product and an even bigger opportunity for the MSPs who sell it, Burchett said.

3 Components

In addition to enjoying tiered pricing, MSPs can now fully own the setup process and Bigleaf equipment.

“We see MSPs in the middle of not only helping customers with this transition, but, ultimately, owning a sense of the responsibility for the applications regardless of where the consumer is using them. We see Bigleaf as a critical component of the technology stack for MSPs,” Burchett said.

Finally, Bigleaf is allowing MSPs to deliver its offerings on month-to-month terms.

“Because MSPs recognize their revenue and many of their costs on a monthly basis, we want to better align there too,” Andrew Bagnato, senior director of MSP partner programs, wrote in a blog Tuesday.

Bigleaf announced Bagnato’s hiring in June. He brings deep MSP experience to Bigleaf, having worked the last 14 years at Webroot.

“I have a deep appreciation of the role good tech plays in a business and how it can perform for end users,” Bagnato said at the time. “Our MSP partners are doing this same thing. They work closely with their clients each day to understand the challenges and make end-user systems and resources more productive and enjoyable to use. I’m excited by the opportunity to see Bigleaf Networks SD-WAN solutions provide exactly the right solution in even more MSP client environments.”

Bigleaf first launched its Global MSP Partner Program in June 2019.

Burchett and Bigleaf take pride in offering an SD-WAN solution that emphasizes “site-to-cloud” architecture rather than “site-to-site.” You can read more about the company’s SD-WAN approach in an article Channel Partners did with them last year.
