Exclusive Networks, the Europe-based value-added distributor, signs a U.S. and Canada agreement with Aerohive.

Exclusive Networks, a value-added distributor in the cybersecurity and cloud transformation space, has expanded its focus to include cloud network management after signing an agreement with Aerohive Networks, a pioneer in cloud management, AI and machine learning. 

The new partnership between Exclusive Networks, a global distributor with headquarters in France, and Aerohive Networks will bring Aerohive’s network offerings, such as cloud-managed wireless, switching, routing, and security technologies to the U.S. and Canada. 

Today, Exclusive Network’s cloud solutions address customer demands for performance, agility, data governance and more. For example: hyperconverged infrastructure, application performance monitoring, security segmentation, dynamic application delivery control and balancing, software-defined WAN and data center networking, dynamic data management, system orchestration, and VM resource demand control. 

Exclusive Networks has 60 offices worldwide and global services capabilities in over 100 helping partners. The VAD’s white label services range from project management and implementation to on-site support and break/fix, and accredited training.

This news comes less than two weeks after the announcement that Extreme Networks will acquire Aerohive Networks, which will add critical cloud management and edge capabilities to Extreme’s portfolio of end-to-end, edge to cloud networking solutions. Extreme will acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Aerohive for a purchase price of approximately $272 million.

The ability to improve user experiences, lower operating expenses, and deliver cloud-managed networks is key to our strategy.”
