Imagine if The Geek Squad had passports. Or if solutions providers could easily coordinate their efforts to build customer networks that span the US and Canada. That vision could soon become a reality if OnForce has its way.

The VAR Guy hears OnForce is preparing to expand its online marketplace to Canada sometime this year. Plans to expand operations “across the pond” in Europe are also on the drawing board.

The current OnForce marketplace allows roughly 10,000 solutions providers to bid on IT projects across the US. By establishing a footprint in Canada, OnForce could empower VARs to service a range of new customers–including US companies that have satellite operations north of the border.
