Trustwave, an MSSP focused on threat detection and response, has unveiled its new global PartnerOne program for Trustwave channel partners.

PartnerOne unifies cybersecurity technologies and services with critical sales, marketing and operational support. The company says it makes partners more competitive, creates unique customer value and maximizes revenue opportunity.

The program includes a new two-tier distribution and referral model. That’s to help drive market growth for Trustwave products and services.

Suzanne Swanson is Trustwave’s vice president of global partners. She said PartnerOne is a “significant enhancement” of a legacy program. It aims to meet the needs of Trustwave partners, and deliver new tools and programs to its growing partner community.

“We recently expanded our channel offerings to include advanced services,” she said. “Like our managed threat detection and response, and penetration testing. Our portfolio now appeals to a wider array of channel partners, which necessitated a new, more robust program that enables the channel to be successful selling security services focused on quickly finding and eradicating threats and responding to incidents.”

New Perks for Trustwave Partners

PartnerOne benefits include new revenue opportunities, access to data protection products and custom marketing campaigns. Moreover, it offers competitive differentiation services, a new portal for centralized control, and sales enablement and support.

Partner feedback played a big role in the changes made in PartnerOne, Swanson said.

“We wanted to create a program that enables partners to work with Trustwave in the partner model that best fits their business, whether that is value-added resale, referrals or integration into the partner’s own service offerings,” she said.

Customer bookings by partners more than tripled in the past year. In addition, Trustwave has launched new managed security offerings with Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Netskope and other leading technology providers.

“As a recognized cybersecurity leader with global reach, Trustwave can provide a breadth of solutions and services, and the flexibility of partnering that no other MSSP can deliver,” Swanson said. “Our expertise combined with the partner’s knowledge and resources create unique solutions that differentiate the partner and Trustwave.”

“Partnering with the right security provider who has advanced expertise and true global reach is a big advantage in this highly competitive space,” said Karl Soderlund, Palo Alto Networks‘ senior vice president of worldwide channel sales. “Trustwave’s commitment to partners to provide best-in-class offerings, and the resources to scale and quickly adapt to customer demands is what sets them apart.”
