Identity Automation, an identity and access management (IAM) platform provider, has launched a new partner program as the next piece of its growth strategy.

Organized into five tiers – bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond – the Identity Automation Partner Program-VIP provides tools, training and resources to develop expertise and sell the company’s three solution stacks: RapidIdentity IAM, RapidIdentity Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and RapidIdentity for Healthcare. Identity Automation operates globally with tens of millions of identities managed across on-premises and cloud resources.

Geoff Surkamer, Identity Automation’s chief revenue officer, tells us a big part of the initial framework for the VIP program was to provide opportunities for MSSPs and other cybersecurity providers looking to increase their capabilities.

“We wanted to ensure all providers could be a part of the program,” he said. “This is why we have four categories. First, technology providers is aimed at channel resellers and volume partners who are looking for an identity access management solution that is easy to do business with. Second, service providers is aimed for partners who thrive on implementations, deployments and follow-up services. Third, ecosystem providers is aimed at partners who would provide a much more complete solution as part of their solution. Finally, MSSPs is where we are super excited since our solutions can expand their security stacks and offerings. We welcome MSSPs looking for a superior IAM solution without the complexities.”

Partners will be given access to resources and exclusive partner benefits, such as sales tools, discounts, earned marketing development funds, cross-promotional branding, and joint lead-generation activities via an online VIP partner portal.

“We have had a handful of super dedicated partners,” Surkamer said. “We want to keep them successful as well as expand our relationship with them. If we scale, we want them to scale. Without a structured program in place, we can’t have mutual reviews with common goals, thus pushing each other to higher highs. Partners ask for commitment and loyalty. We owe it to those who have been there with us and those new partners who will be part of the Identity Automation 2.0 ride.”

RapidIdentity addresses web single sign-on needs, fully automated life-cycle management and provisioning for all users, integrated privileged access management, delegated identity administration, password management, MFA and more.

“Identity Automation and EST Group have been partners for almost a decade,” said Jason Adams, EST’s vice president of security solutions. “Through our partnership we have enjoyed success working together. EST Group is excited about the new VIP partner program that will bring more structure and resources to our relationship and allow us to continue to produce successful outcomes for our customers.”
