Dell Expert Network continues to go all-in with MSPs and their SMB customers. We wanted to learn more about how Dell Expert Network differs from the traditional Dell channel.

That’s why we sat down with the company‘s Alicia Bowling at this fall’s Channel Partners Conference & Expo. She explains the business model and gets editorial director Craig Galbraith caught up on the latest within its channel. It marks the debut of Channel Futures’ MSPTV!
