In 2005, Blake bought out original owner of ICS, which had two employees at the time. Today ICS is one of Central New York's largest MSPs. ICS has offices in Syracuse and Endicott, and employs 38 people. ICS has grown on average 25% year over year since 2005.

Nick Bock, CEO and Co-founder, Five Nines Technology Group
Bock has built Five Nines into one of Nebraska's best-known MSPs. He's particularly active in HTG Peer Groups, helping to mentor peer MSPs that are just getting started in the managed services market.

Larry Bodie, President & CEO, Claris Networks LLC
Bodie has pushed Claris -- an MSPmentor 100 company -- to blend managed services, virtualization and utiligy computing into cloud services.

Lynette Bohanan, President, CommCentric Solutions
Bohanan is a key advisor to several major channel-centric companies and organizations, including Zenith Infotech and the Global Technology Distribution Council (GTDC). She previously managed corporate communications at Tech Data.

Matt Bolton, DVP Product Management - Network Management Division, Quest Software
Bolton leads product development in the network management division for Quest Software, spearheading the develop and launch of PacketTrapMSP 6.0, a remote monitoring and management platform for MSPs. In an SEC filing earlier this year, Quest indicated that PacketTrap sales were exceeding expectations.

James Bowen, CIO and Co-founder, Five Nines Technology Group
Bowen is a co-founder and CIO of Five Nines, one of the largest and fastest-growing MSPs in Nebraska. He serves as the company's lead systems engineer and consultant. Bowen also serves on the Board of Trustees for the March of Dimes and the Board of Directors for Community Development Resources.

Jacob Braun, President & COO, Waka Digital Media Corp.
Braun has positioned Waka Digital Media Corp. as a security-focused MSP. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the CompTIA MSP Partners community, responsible for the launch of the MSP Partners Trustmark credential in 2011 and was named an MVP by Autotask in 2010 for his commitment to educating and helping shape the solution provider channel.

Thomas Bresse, CEO, BeProductiv
Bresse built one of France's first MSPs. More recently, he joined forces with Axone Group, a leading VAR in the area that's seeking to accelerate growth.

Tim Brewer, National Business Intelligence Manager, Anittel
For the last four years, Brewer has been providing leadership into some of the fastest growing managed services business in the world, with an average annual growth rate exceeding 200%. Brewer successfully spearhead negotiations to merge Accord in a rollup of IT and Telco companies to form Anittel Ltd. -- a publicly listed, 15 location/190+ staff MSP in Australia.

Linda Brotherton, CTO, ConnectWise
Brotherton oversees ConnectWise's PSA software development. During an early 2011 interview with MSPmentor, Brotherton described how ConnectWise is publishing more APIs out to the company's software partner community. She and ConnectWise's co-founders -- Arnie and David Bellini -- share another key trait: They're all CPAs.

Paul Brown, Business Development Director, Certus IT Ltd.
Brown helped to build one of the first SME-focused focused MSPs in Wales, UK. The company has delivered 20% annual growth 2008 through 2010.

Tracy Butler, President, Acropolis Technology Group
Butler has positioned Acropolis to succeed in several markets -- including hosting, cloud backup and cCloud services. He's also helped to drive growth through ongoing mergers and acquisitions.

Mike Byrne, Director of MSP, Network Management Division, Quest Software (PacketTrap)
Byrne is one of the key educators and and consultants within the halls of PacketTrap MSP -- a managed services platform that Quest Software ultimately acquired. In an SEC filing, Quest stated that PacketTrap MSP's revenue performance was exceeding earlier expectations.


Jane Cage, COO/CFO, Heartland Technology Solutions
Cage has facilitated peer groups for two organizations and serves on the Everything Channel Advisory Board. In her 26 years with Heartland Technology Solutions she has helped the organization grow from 20 to 75 employees.

Jason Caras, Co-CEO, IT Authorities Inc.
When it comes to momentum statements, it's difficult to keep up with Caras. His company was ranked No. 801 in the 2010 Inc. 5000 list; ranked No. 9 in the Tampa Bay Fast 50 list; and is regularly ranked among the top places to work in Florida.

Skip Carruth, President, McLane Intelligent Solutions
Carruth has made an impact by building an (over) $2M managed services practice, lifting recurring revenues more than 50 percent in the past year.

Mark Cattini, CEO, Autotask Corp.
Cattini joined Autotask as CEO in December 2010, replacing founder Bob Godgart. Since that time, Cattini has hinted that he'll position Autotask far more aggressively as a cloud application for the channel. He's also accelerated Autotask's commitment to offer cross-platform browser support. Cattini has previous experience building SaaS-related companies.

KB "Chandra" Chandrasekhar, CEO & Chairman, Jamcracker
Chandrasekhar founded Jamcracker in 1999 as a web-based services aggregator. The company evolved multiple times following the ASP (application service provider) market implosion. Most recently, Jamcracker has positioned itself as an enabler of Cloud Services Brokerages. Sources have told MSPmentor that the Ingram Micro Cloud leverages Jamcracker's software.

Chris Chase, CEO, JoomConnect
Chase and his company offers tools and best practices for MSPs to automate marketing processes. JoomConnect now provides marketing content and services specifically for the MSP industry.

Raju Chekuri, President & CEO, NetEnrich Inc.
Chekuri has helped NetEnrich to stake out a new market position of the past year, pushing beyond NOC (network operations center) services to offer closet-to-cloud services for MSPs

Paul Chisholm, CEO, mindSHIFT Technologies Inc.
Chisholm has led mindSHIFT on a very selective acquisition strategy, buying up highly specialized MSPs that have proven recurring revenue strategies. In mid-2011, Chisholm also helped mindSHIFT to position more aggressively as a cloud services provider and IT outsourcing expert.

Stephen Cho, Director, Google Apps Channels, Google
Cho, a veteran of Cisco, has helped Google to attract and certify more than 1,000 Google Apps resellers. The effort includes cloud distributors as well as regional resellers that maintain the ability to manage end-customer cloud billing.

Randy Cochran, North American Channel Chief, Symantec
Cochran was mostly silent about managed services in 2010. But that changed in 2011. Symantec partnered closely with Level Platforms on a managed services road show. And in July 2011, Cochran hinted in a blog that Symantec would soon integrate with Level Platforms.

Frank Coker, President & CEO, CoreConnex
Coker is one of the best-known consultants and entrepreneurs focused on VAR and MSP profitability. The CoreConnex financial dashboard is widely used by solutions providers to track their business performance.

Carlson Colomb, Director, Business Development, Level Platforms
Colomb championed many early Level Platforms relationships with SMB Nation, ASCII, CompTIA and Ingram Micro. He currently manages Level Platforms' global Strategic Accounts, OEMs and Partners, including Carriers, National Service Providers and System Builders.
