Verint Extends Mobile Strategy for iOS Mobile Devices
Analysts have said that business intelligence represents a big opportunity for managed service provider community. Combine that with another hot area, mobility, and you’ve got an offline survey-taking solution from Verint Systems (NASDAQ:VRNT). The company recently launched offline survey-taking capabilities in its Voice of the Customer Analytics portfolio, available via an iOS app that relies on the company’s Vovici Enterprise Feedback Management solution.
The application for the iOS operating system is available for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. These mobile offline surveys can be used by various industries including: financial services, conference centers, hotels, and sports arenas.
With these offline surveys, companies are enabled to do the following:
- Gather survey results offline
- View test results from mobile devices
- Access statistics on all surveys
- Run surveys simultaneously on the web and offline
