Skyping for Managed Services Dollars

During the Kaseya Connect User Conference, ConnectWise CEO Arnie Bellini and former managed service provider Gary Pica are walking attendees through some best practices for lead generation and sales. Bellini's tip of the day: Put Skype on notebooks and let salespeople work where they need to work.

To be sure, Skype can transform laptops into soft phones. Bellini notes that salespeople often don't like working in cubicles. Nor do they like being overheard as they try to book meetings and close deals, Bellini added.
