Here, we identify managed service providers that oversee the largest number of devices/seats/nodes on the MSPmentor 100. The total number managed by each company can include customer seats, PCs, servers, switches, routers, firewalls and other network nodes.
When we launched the MSPmentor 100 survey, we expected most survey respondents to offer managed storage, security, remote administration and other mainstream online services. We were surprised, however, to see MSPs adopting newer technologies such as unified communications and managed video surveillance.
