MSP501-2018

Every year, managed service providers (MSPs) around the world throw their hats in the ring and apply for Channel Futures’ annual MSP 501 ranking list, the IT channel’s first, largest and most comprehensive industry ranking survey. Today we are proud to announce the 2018 winners of the MSP 501.

This year, we received a record number of submissions from MSPs around the globe that compete in a wide range of verticals and offer a diverse mix of services. Our winners placed in the top 501 because of their forward-thinking business strategies and ability to anticipate and act upon trends in the fast-evolving IT channel market.

As it has for the last three years, Channel Futures teamed with Clarity Channel Advisors to evaluate these progressive and forward-leaning companies. MSPs were ranked according to our unique methodology, which recognizes that not all revenue streams are created equal.

“This year’s applicant pool was the largest and most diverse in the history of the survey, and our winners represent the health and progressivity of the managed services market,” says Kris Blackmon, Channel Futures content director and editor of the MSP 501. “They’re growing their revenue, expanding their customer influence and exploring new technology that will propel them for years to come.”

The full MSP 501 report, available this fall, will leverage applicant responses, interviews and historical data to identify business and technology trends in the IT channel. Highlights will include:

  • Revenue growth and business models

  • Hiring trends and workforce dynamics

  • Business strategies

  • Service deliverables

  • Business tools and automation investments

For the first time, we will honor the 501 winners at a special ceremony at Channel Partners Evolution, Oct. 9-12, in Philadelphia.

Join us in congratulating the top 501 MSPs in the world!
