Crotty: NetEnrich Is More Than NOC Services for MSPs

As he settles in as senior VP and GM of NetEnrich, Justin Crotty has two quick, concise messages for managed services providers. First, NetEnrich is more than a NOC (network operations center) services provider. Second, NetEnrich will remain all channel, all the time while continuing to rely on two strategic distribution partnerships. So where is NetEnrich heading next? Crotty provides some clues in this MSPmentor FastChat Video.

Crotty, as you may recall, previously was VP of services for Ingram Micro North America. While at Ingram, he led the Seismic managed services build-out, which includes a suite of managed services offerings that roughly 1,600 VARs, resellers and MSPs now leverage.

Crotty joined NetEnrich in mid-August 2010. Here's his view on NetEnrich and the potential opportunities ahead:

The FastChat video covers:

Next Moves?

After settling into his new office in Northern California, Crotty plans to hit the road and attend several upcoming MSP-centric conferences and events. We'll be sure to check in with him at each stop to see how the NetEnrich strategy is evolving.

Meanwhile, we're also keeping close tabs on the Ingram Micro Seismic business, where the company has been searching for Crotty's permanent successor.
