Tech Data Offers Aria Phone Platform on Cloud Store
Tech Data (TECD) has added Aria’s cloud-hosted telecom and collaboration platform to its list of cloud solution providers in the United States.
Tech Data (TECD) has added Aria’s cloud-hosted telecom and collaboration platform to its list of cloud solution providers in the United States. The platform is available through the distributor’s Cloud Solutions Store.
Aria’s offering is a Cisco-based hosted collaboration platform that provides customers with the features found in an on-premise Cisco system with a per-user subscription model. The offering combines voice, video, conferencing and devices in a single package, according to Aria.
The platform is sized for organizations with one to 250 users, and is expected to help partners facilitate a shift toward a managed services-centric business model.
“Our proprietary phone solution is a gateway to up-selling and cross-selling opportunities of collaboration and other advanced technologies,” said David Smith, CEO and founder of Aria, in a statement. “Aria is essentially a means to lower barriers to entry to new business and a monthly recurring revenue model for resellers.”
Earlier this month, Tech Data debuted its Cloud Accelerator Program for its TechSelect community, which includes tools and solutions to help partners adopt cloud services and master additional skillsets.
