CoreDial Adds New Chat System, UI to Cloud Communications Platform
CoreDial has added a new chat system, dashboard and user interface (UI) to its cloud communications platform.
The Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based cloud services provider (CSP) has launched SwitchConnex 5.0, a new version of its cloud communications platform that is designed to improve the user experience (UX) for partners and their customers.
“Our value proposition for the channel is to provide our channel partners with the best and most profitable platform for launching a unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) [offering] for their end customers,” CoreDial CEO Alan Rihm said in a prepared statement. “SwitchConnex 5.0 includes many new features and functions designed to help our partners to successfully sell, deliver, manage and invoice for high-value, margin-rich UCaaS solutions to their end customers.”
SwitchConnex includes pre-integrated broadband network/public switched telephone network (PSTN) services for carriers, interconnects and managed service providers (MSPs), according to CoreDial.
The platform also is designed “to seamlessly connect to multiple soft switches and all related applications and services.”
In addition to a new chat system, dashboard and UI, SwitchConnex 5.0 features:
- Level 3 (sub-service provider) view
- New infrastructure
- New user rights framework
- Updated Theme Builder
SwitchConnex 5.0 is now available to CoreDial partners.
UCaaS market is growing
MarketsandMarkets recently predicted the UCaaS market could be worth $23.34 billion by 2019, and SwitchConnex could help CoreDial extend its cloud communications market reach.
“With strong ROI and a recurring revenue stream that constantly generates value, leveraging SwitchConnex 5.0 will ultimately help the [cloud communications] market grow,” a CoreDial spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud.
CoreDial has more than 210 channel partners that use its cloud communications products and services and has helped them increase their profit margins by up to 65 percent.
“Our continued dedication to enabling our channel partners to grow their businesses efficiently and in the long term is paying measurable dividends. The strong traction CoreDial is seeing with channel partners is proof that the era of cloud services is about enabling the success of partners,” Rihm said in a prepared statement.
