The 20 MSP, fresh off 13 acquisitions in 2022, has made its first two of the new year.

The first is Dallas Network Services (DNS), an MSP with headquarters in Addison, Texas. Bill Butler is the owner and chief executive officer. The other acquisition is Integrated Business Technologies (IBT), run by Eric Kehmeier. IBT serves customers in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.

The 20, an MSP itself, has an aggressive strategy to grow its national footprint. Tim Conkle is CEO of The 20.

“DNS and IBT are exemplary MSPs that we’ve had the privilege of working closely with through our group,” said Conkle. “Their commitment to never cutting corners and going that extra mile to ensure client success makes us confident that these acquisitions are going to help us bring our collective client base even better support, along with a wider range of services and offerings.”

History with DNS, IBT

Both DNS and IBT have been members of The 20’s growth platform. Annual growth, along with high levels of customer retention and satisfaction, were key reasons The 20 MSP pursued the companies for acquisition. The acquisitions expand the reach of The 20 MSP, helping it to serve clients not only in new areas, but also industries, the company said.

Despite an increasingly tough economy, many partner businesses continue to thrive. That includes The 20 MSP, which says it’s in a period of “rapid growth” that it expects to last through this year and beyond.

“Our plan is to continue acquiring operationally mature and high-performing MSPs from our group,” said Conkle. “The integrations are fairly seamless, as the MSPs we’re acquiring not only share our tools, but our overall way of doing things and client-first philosophy.”

Conkle says to expect more acquisitions by his company in the coming months.

Pinecrest Capital Partners was the financial advisor to The 20 MSP on the acquisitions.
