Specialty tech distributor ScanSource has wrapped its purchase of Imago Group, a European distributor of video and voice communications equipment and services.

ScanSource now owns Imago’s operations in the U.K., France, and its recently acquired business in Germany. 

ScanSource says it increased footprint should benefit VARs focused on collaboration solutions, by positioning them to support their end-user customers who need international deployments across Europe and the U.S.
