Network service providers PacketFabric and Unitas Global are merging, resulting in a larger PacketFabric, a new global leader in network-as-a-service (NaaS).

Lead investor Digital Alpha Advisors brought together PacketFabric and Unitas Global based on customer and market feedback to create an industry leading platform. The merger is pending regulatory approval.
