Meriplex (No. 91 on the 2022 Channel Futures MSP 501), a provider of managed cybersecurity and IT solutions, has acquired Louisiana-based MSP Verma Systems. The MSP specializes in business technology tailored towards the SMB market.

Verma Systems consults businesses in Baton Rouge and across Louisiana and has done so for more than 30 years. It provides personalized solutions to its clients. This allows customers to leverage IT and technology to enhance business efficiency, the company said.

Verma Systems is not Meriplex’s only recent MSP acquisition. In April the company purchased Indiana-based MSP Cyberian Technologies. The deal was for an undisclosed amount.

And in June Meriplex bought Oregon-based MSP LightPoint, a technology partner to SMBs and the health care industry in the Pacific Northwest.
