Ingram Micro Inc. has purchased an IT services company called Rollouts.

The distributor said the acquisition maximizes value for its solution providers. That’s because resellers, integrators, MSPs and other partners now can take advantage of Rollouts’ technical expertise and professional services, and pursue larger deals.

Minnesota-based Rollouts will be integrated into Ingram Micro’s professional services unit. Rollouts’ CEO Mark Webster will lead the services practice as director, North America Deployment Services, reporting to Greg Richey, director of professional services for Ingram Micro.

The deal’s terms were not disclosed.
