MSP eGroup has acquired Florida-based Enabling Technologies, a Microsoft partner, broadening its U.S. reach. The acquisition – which closed last month – will expand eGroup’s Microsoft 365, Azure, security and compliance, and business application cloud services.

eGroup says merging the two companies will bolster its cloud and data center capabilities. It will also offer Enabling’s clients an expanded portfolio of solutions that include data center, disaster recovery, backup, IT strategy and optimization, and digital infrastructure.
