ConvergeOne, a cloud solution provider, has acquired Integration Partners, a national network and communication engineering services company.

The acquisition expands ConvergeOne’s presence in New England and the Midwest. ConvergeOne didn’t say how much it paid for Integration Partners.

Integration Partners specializes in data center, networking, cybersecurity and collaboration solutions. They’re supported by professional and managed services capabilities.

As part of ConvergeOne, Integration Partners customers will gain expanded options to support enterprise infrastructure modernization. That includes ConvergeOne IP solutions such as C1 Conversations and OnGuard.

ConvergeOne has more than 13,000 customers, including 55% of Fortune 100 companies and 41% of Fortune 500 companies across the education, health care, finance, manufacturing and energy industries.
