CallTower is buying OneStream Networks, the Rochester, New York-based global provider of voice solutions. CallTower didn’t say how much it’s paying for OneStream.

In joining forces, CallTower will deliver a broader range of global communication solutions and services to customers. OneStream’s global cloud-connected and premises-based SIP voice services include Cisco Cloud Connected PSTN (with Webex Calling, Cisco Unified Communication Manager [UCM] Cloud, Webex Dedicated Instance and Webex Contact Center), Zoom, Avaya, Genesys, NICE CXone and Microsoft Direct Routing.

Furthermore, the union helps with the combined company’s international presence. OneStream’s international, in-region Microsoft Teams Direct Routing capabilities augment CallTower’s existing Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams. The acquisition will deliver additional communication pathways for cloud solutions with international data centers and more service offerings.

“The combination of CallTower and OneStream gives our collective customers additional communication solutions, as well as vast resources to implement, integrate and support those solutions,” England said.

He added that the purchase of OneStream Networks creates an “exciting” and strategic opportunity for customers, partners and growth.

CallTower and OneStream enable in-country direct dialing for Microsoft and Cisco, said William Rubio, CRO at CallTower. This means calling in more than 100 countries with key business integrations, such as contact center, CRM and more. CallTower will expand its international reach as well, adding additional business integrations to improve the customer experience worldwide.

Together, CallTower and OneStream Networks have successfully implemented and continue to support more than 750,000 users on cloud services. The combined organizations empower business communications with 11 data centers in the United States, Europe and Asia.

As for partners, Rubio said, “CallTower and OneStream combined have exceptional relationships with their partners. We are excited about the united Global Microsoft and Cisco voice solutions offerings for our partner community. With our continued support to our combined partners, this will expand our services suite for our partners to provide to their customers.”
