Accscient has acquired Vyom Group and DxSherpa, through its parent company. Vyom Group comprises Vyom Labs, Cogniwize, and Omnepresent.

This acquisition aims to increase Accscient’s global footprint to more than 3,000 technical resources. The snap-up will expand the company’s reach into Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. In addition, the acquisition will bolster the company’s digital transformation capabilities.

“The addition of Vyom Group and DxShpera strengthens our digital business capabilities,” said Andre Wu, senior partner at Accscient. “[It] also expand[s] our global reach beyond our established foothold in the Americas. As a combined entity, we can expand how we support our clients and partners throughout the entire digital ecosystem with both services and technology solutions.”

Bolstering Digital Transformation

Since 2003, Vyom Group has become a service provider for BMC software, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, Snowflake, Mendix and others. The provider of digital transformation services has more than 1,500 employees.
