Master agent Intelisys is bulking up its presence in the central U.S.

The company added a third location, this time in Addison, Texas. The new office, located in a Dallas suburb, joins Intelisys’ other office in Southbury, Connecticut, and headquarters in Petaluma, California.

The new office will house the company’s partner sales, development and solutions engineering teams. The office opened April 17 and will host a grand opening celebration in the summer.

“Over the years, it has been humbling to witness the impressive growth and achievements of our sales partners in the Central region. Our partners expect and deserve top level support both when and where they need it, and we are excited to launch the new Intelisys office to serve those needs,” Intelisys president Jay Bradley said. “The Central region office will provide full support to our partners in their time zone.

Intelisys executives touted their newfound ability to provide “in-region” support and resources to partners in Texas and surrounding states. Intelisys opened its Connecticut office in December 2015, citing strong growth in the East.

“Delivering local, in-region dedicated support enables us to continue to provide the resources for sales partners to sustain their growth and provide the exceptional level of service their customers demand,” said Brandon Smith, vice president of partner sales and business development for the Central region.

Rival master agent Avant Communications poured new resources into Texas last year, hiring Rick Reed to lead the expansion. CNSG has an office in Fort Worth.

Intelisys recently honored one of its partners for reaching $1 million in recurring monthly revenue with the company. Sidepath, a California-based IT firm, earned the platinum recognition.
