Growing MSP Set to Host Financial Services Summit

Growing MSP Set to Host Financial Services Summit

Conventional wisdom says it's difficult to small MSPs to work in the financial services industry, which is ruled by complex regulations and compliance mandates. But Dan Holt (pictured), CEO  of HEIT, continues to prove the skeptics wrong. In fact, HEIT has scheduled a 2010 summit to help financial institutions understand how they can improve IT performance, compliance and security. Here are some details.

The 2010 HEIT Summit is now confirmed for October 13-October 15 in Fort Collins, Colo. Key topics on the agenda include:

  • Mobile banking, RDC security, social media and PFM
  • More effective management of compliance, security and infrastructure
  • Strategies and the outlook for banking technology
HEIT, as you may recall, positions itself as a Master MSP for financial services clientele. Despite some of the recent financial challenges facing many community and national banks, HEIT has remained in growth mode.

One reason: Holt spends considerable time at financial services conferences (in addition to the usual IT events. Next up, Holt and the HEIT team are scheduled to host their own conference for the financial services vertical.
