Cisco Systems handed out awards to its top resellers, MSPs, distributors, hyperscalers and other partner types at its annual Partner Summit last week.

CDW claimed the title of Americas Partner of the Year, while World Wide Technology won Enterprise Partner of the Year. In addition, Cisco recognized Ingram Micro as Distributor of the Year.

The list of winners reflects the large ecosystem Cisco runs. The traditional “resale” partner firms one might expect to see, such as CDW and ePlus, won awards from Cisco. However, the list also includes a large facilities-based service provider in Orange Business Services to, a public cloud provider in Amazon Web Services and the IT behemoth Microsoft (which recently teamed with Cisco around collaboration).

Not only because we were able to celebrate our winners in person in Las Vegas, but because becoming one of the top partners achieving a global award in these times of unpredictable challenges is even more impressive,” said Oliver Tuszik, Cisco’s senior vice president of global partner sales and general manager of routes to market.
