NetEnrich Packages NOC Services for Midmarket MSPs

NetEnrich continues to differentiate itself in the NOC (Network Operations Center) market. The latest move involves remote operations center (ROC) offerings that assist MSPs serving midmarket customers -- especially customers running Microsoft business applications.

Indeed, NetEnrich wants to help midmarket MSPs support Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange Server, Active Directory, mobile devices, and virtualized infrastructure across public and private clouds.

But here’s the twist: The NetEnrich NOC and ROC services aren’t new. Instead, NetEnrich is making a concerted effort to take its existing services and package them up for midmarket MSPs, notes NetEnrich GM and Senior VP Justin Crotty.

"The mid-enterprise has application-heavy environments," notes Crotty, who says the typical customer size for the midmarket services is 150 to 1000 seats.

In recent weeks, Crotty has also distanced NetEnrich from basic help-desk services that assist end-users with PC issues. In contrast, NetEnrich wants to help MSPs manage and maintain IT infrastructure -- everything from networking gear to unified communications solutions to database-level work -- both on-premise and in the cloud.

The NetEnrich midmarket services are available through Arrow Enterprise C0mputing Solutions and Ingram Micro's services division.

In some ways, I think NetEnrich could potentially help small and midsize MSPs to compete with larger MSPs like Azaleos, which offers a range of Microsoft-centric managed services to midmarket customers.
