Each year the Inc. 5000 recognizes private companies that achieve top growth, and managed service providers litter the list.

From California to Texas to Virginia, MSPs across the country are gaining notoriety. The Inc. 5000 honorees who called themselves IT management or IT services providers earned $8.9 billion in revenue last year. That’s an increase from $7 billion in 2018 and $6.1 billion in 2017. They also added 18,324 jobs in 2019.

As you can imagine, our list by no means tells an exhaustive tale. Two hundred seventy companies self-identified in the “IT management” or “IT services” category, so we took a selective approach. We have listed those that include managed IT services as a key component of their business model. Our list also features only companies that landed in the top 1,000. Many of the top providers mention managed services but function primarily as consultancies.

Channel Futures has its own prestigious list of MSPs. The 2020 MSP 501 recognizes the top managed service providers in the world. See the full list. Then check out our brand-new SMB Hot 101.

You’ll find in the above images 11 fast-growing companies that provide managed IT services.

Check out the Channel Partners website if you’d like to see some of the top telecommunications companies that made the list. You can also view Channel Futures’ 2019 Inc. 5000 summary.
