It’s great to work in the Channel, for so many reasons, one of them being our tremendous Partners. I was lucky enough to spend a week with 500 Datto Partners from around the globe at the recent 2014 Datto Partner Conference in Las Vegas.

In addition to the sharing of information, technical content, sales and marketing content, amazing Keynotes, and the opportunity for Partners to share best practices with each other, Datto took the opportunity to recognize just a few of our outstanding Partners. 

Awarded in seven categories, Datto Partners were evaluated based on both metrics and superlative performance.  The Datto Hall of Fame, also a new addition, honors the company’s earliest and longest-standing Partners in since inception in 2007.  The winners of the 2014 Datto Partners Awards include:

Innovator of the Year:

This Partner has gone above and beyond for their clients and created new ways to provide superior service.  This Partner conveys the value of the Datto solution and is willing to go to any length to prevent downtime.  They have created resources to educate their clients and prospects, on the value of business continuity. 

The winner is … Solutions, Inc. based in Spencer, Iowa.

Community Partner of the Year:

This Partner continuously offers support and guidance to their fellow MSP community members. Not just Datto specific, this Partner is willing to share tools that have helped them be successful in their MSP business. They attend industry events where they are active in educating other MSP attendees. This Partner is respected and well known throughout the industry. 

The winner is … River Run Computers based in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Partner of the Year:

This Partner has gone above and beyond to promote the Datto brand, not only to their customers, but other MSPs. This partner is willing to participate in webinars, case studies, and other promotional events, that help promote our commitment to the Partner Community.  They bring any issues or complaints to the appropriate parties, in a constructive manner, and are willing to offer suggestions on improvement when doing so.  They must have attended the first annual Datto Partner Conference in 2013. 

It’s a tie!  The winners are … The Mirazon Group based in Louisville, Kentucky and Hilltop Consultants based in Bethesda, Maryland.

Largest Datto Fleet:

This Partner has the most Datto devices deployed in the field.

The winner is … Liptak DENTAL based in Carlsbad, California.

Fastest Growing Partner of the Year:

The winner is … Results Technology based in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.

Breakout Partner of the Year:

The winner is … Flexible Systems based in Hauppauge, New York.

Fastest Growing EMEA Partner of the Year:

The winner is … Complete IT based in Wooburn Green, Bucks, UK.
