DataServ Corp. Chooses Zetta.net for Cloud-based Backup and Disaster Recovery

MSPmentor recently caught up with DataServ Corp.’s VP of Network Systems, Jeff Zdan to talk about the company’s recent cloud backup and disaster recovery transition. DataServ Corp.’s vendor stopped offering the service, so the company had to find a new provider. We spoke to Zdan about what he looks for in a cloud backup and disaster recovery provider.

Zdan said that ease of use and management were key factors in the choice. Other important factors were excellent service and support and all inclusive pricing. DataServ Corp selected Zetta.net as the new provider for its cloud backup and disaster recovery service because the vendor fulfilled all those needs.

Further, Zdan pointed to Zetta’s speed and performance, world-class support and ease of doing business.
