ThinkTank Updates Cloud-Based Collaboration Platform
ThinkTank, a company that provides crowdsourcing support, today released a new version of its cloud-based collaboration platform.
ThinkTank 5.4 is designed to automate the execution of complex activities, the company said.
The platform includes “Steps,” a tool that allows administrators to program complex activity tasks and configuration changes into ThinkTank before they start a session.
“The introduction of Steps functionality means that leaders can automate activity execution within complex sessions involving a large number of participants, producing fast, optimal results,” ThinkTank CEO Matt Wenger said in a prepared statement.
ThinkTank 5.4 provides application server clustering support, including automatic failover, high availability and increased processing capabilities.
The company noted the platform also offers an embedded help application to make it easier for businesses to find product documents.
ThinkTank said the new version of its collaboration platform could help enterprises and professional services firms become more efficient.
ThinkTank 5.4 is available through software-as-a-service (SaaS) and term or perpetual enterprise licenses for proprietary hosting.
