CloudBerry Lab is working with professional services automation (PSA) platform providers Autotask and ConnectWise to help its partners automate their billing and support tickets.

The cloud-based backup and file management services company this week announced integrations with Autotask and ConnectWise to better serve its partner ecosystem of managed service providers (MSPs), systems integrators (SIs) and value-added resellers (VARs).

“Integration with PSA systems was one of the top customer requests,” a CloudBerry spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud. “With these integrations, [CloudBerry partners] can increase quality and speed of provided services by managing user accounts, billing and support from one place.”

CloudBerry said the Autotask integration gives its partners a turnkey managed backup service that automates management functions.

Alexey Serkov, CloudBerry’s chief technology officer, added that he believes this integration could help CloudBerry partners lower their operating costs too.

“Providers not only have the ability to fill a critical gap in their service offerings, but they can do so at a consistently high-quality standard while keeping their operational costs competitive,” he said in a prepared statement.

CloudBerry’s ConnectWise integration, meanwhile, enables users to import their ConnectWise contacts to the CloudBerry Managed Backup Service and keep all of their backup billing details in a single location.

“We’re pleased CloudBerry’s strategy includes ConnectWise,” ConnectWise Platform Director Jeannine Edwards said in a prepared statement. “[CloudBerry’s] managed backup solution will make a great addition to the ConnectWise Integration community.”

Both integrations are now available.
