Nextiva’s Rob Moyer

Moyer most recently was vice president of global channels at Automation Anywhere. Before that, he was Synnex‘s senior vice president of cloud, mobility and IoT.

Eric Martorano is Nextiva’s chief revenue officer and channel chief.

“Having had the pleasure of working with Rob at both Microsoft and Ingram Micro, I know firsthand that Rob always thinks partner-first and is nothing other than amazing,” he said. “We are absolutely thrilled to have him on our channel leadership team.”

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in February.

“When I started talking to Nextiva it was clear that they have a special culture,” Moyer said. “Secondly is the product and space. Coming from a software background, I love what we are doing. Nextiva is simplifying the communication tech stack and giving customers the tools they need to be successful, all while satisfying the need for an anywhere, anytime remote communication strategy.”

In his first month, Moyer will be learning from customers, partners and his teammates at Nextiva.

“With that said, I am here to hit the ground running and will be helping our distributors leverage the various software/cloud ecosystem partners they serve,” he said.

In addition, Greg Wojtkun has joined Nextiva as global director of professional services. He previously was Pluralsights‘ director of professional services for North America.

“We are living in the era of the customer,” he said. “Expectations have never been higher. And while businesses are hearing more from customers, they are understanding less. Nextiva empowers companies to achieve their goals with business communications solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation in order to deliver the best possible customer experiences.”

Also, Andy Keller has been hired as director of national solution providers. He previously was director of global partner programs and services at Aruba, an HPE company.

Earlier this month, Nextiva announced it has broadened its channel distribution strategy via a new partnership with D&H Distributing. The partnership will allow Nextiva to broaden adoption of its cloud-based communication solutions. It will especially target customers with on-premises legacy phone systems.
