Infobip is making a name for itself in omnichannel customer engagement.

The company has only recent dived into the channel. That came about after it expanded its contact-center-as-a-service (CCaaS) play.

Miguel Turnbull, director of partner development at Infobip, broke some news for us at CP Expo. He told us all about the acquisition of VoIP provider Peerless Network, which could take Infobip to another level.
