  • New Services Roundup: TelePacific, Windstream, AT&T, More

It was great to see some of the biggest names in the telecom and IT channels launch new services in October; no doubt these will be some of the most sought-after in the coming months.

In this gallery, we offer up recaps of new products and services from the likes of Windstream, AT&T, Dell EMC, MegaPath, Intelisys and more.

Looking for SD-WAN offerings? Check. Cloud? Check. CRM? Yup.

Click through our gallery to stay up to speed on the cutting-edge technology that you can offer your customers.

Looking for more new products and services? Check out our recap from last month.

  • New Services Roundup: Windstream

    New Services Roundup: Windstream

Windstream launched a new cloud-based phone service for SMBs that includes collaboration, mobility and continuity features.

Windstream Hosted Communications (WHC) for Small Business is designed to give small-business owners access to a set of enterprise-grade features that allow them to “operate with the efficiency and scale of a large business at a price that fits their business model.”

WHC services include auto attendant, desktop sharing and “office anywhere,” which allows business owners to be reached, no matter where they are, on a single number.

Learn much more about WHC here.

  • New Services Roundup: TelePacific

    New Services Roundup: TelePacific

TelePacific says its new managed services platform, enabled by SD-WAN, “almost immediately” pushes out the configuration data needed to fill a customer’s requirements and gets ordered services up and running within minutes.

The company also points out that, since it manages the entire end-to-end delivery, it can support multiple continuity and security levels. As a result, TelePacific has expanded its traditional five-nines performance guarantee to a 100-percent uptime promise for select services. It’s all part of a new, long-term contract with VeloCloud to enable delivery of TelePacific products and services over SD-WAN anywhere that a customer has broadband connectivity.

This is where to learn more about TelePacific’s SD-WAN endeavors.

  • New Services Roundup: AT&T

    New Services Roundup: AT&T

AT&T is giving its solution providers access to a cloud connection solution that one partner says might persuade customers to stick with their MPLS networks just a little longer.

The carrier announced at its annual Partner Exchange Summit that its partners can now sell NetBond, the telco giant’s solution that lets customers use its virtual private network to access 16 cloud providers.

And like TelePacific, AT&T has a new partnership with VeloCloud, which will allow it to launch an SD-WAN portfolio in 2017.

Read about NetBond and the SD-WAN agreement.

  • New Services Roundup: Intelisys

    New Services Roundup: Intelisys

At Channel Connect, Intelisys gave a sneak peak of its new CRM system built exclusively for telecom and cloud sales representatives.

Audex 360 is an upgrade to the company’s Audex platform. The rollout is expected by the end of the year.

“This one’s pretty amazing,” said Brian Leonard, Intelisys’ director of marketing. “It’s like a Salesforce.com, but it focuses entirely on the channel. So first, Salesforce.com is insanely expensive, and two, you have to go through and configure it to all the carriers that we do. Audex 360 is pre-built for you. This plugs right into RPM and they can download all their information, it comes into this and it’s all there.”

  • New Services Roundup: Birch Communications

    New Services Roundup: Birch Communications
