TBI
The Chicago-based
master agency swung for the fences with supplier
partnerships last month.
TBI welcomed seven new suppliers into its vendor stable. Channel partners can now sell from companies like the hot business communications provider Dialpad and the cybersecurity provider Amor. TBI also teamed with companies that specialize in the respective areas of network, IoT and satellite internet.

Splunk
Splunk released its "Observability Suite" and other offerings.
Customers can use the suite to monitor their
infrastructure and application performance, as well as perform log investigation and other tasks. The vendor also unveiled Service Intelligence for
SAP solutions.

RingCentral
The
UCaaS provider bolstered its SMS game.
RingCentral launched a
text messaging service that lets businesses communicate with thousands of customers at a time. A channel executive said the service caters to existing customers that want to improve their customer engagement and marketing.

Lumen
CenturyLink's enterprise unit enhanced its
security portfolio.
Lumen Technologies launched a new DDoS mitigation service, which aims to slow a recent rash of U.S.
DDoS attacks. The service includes three-tiered scrubbing architecture, which helps assess threats.
Lumen also announced a new self-service online portal.

Viasat
Viasat, the satellite-based internet provider, now offers
VoIP.
The vendor encouraged SMBs to check out its new cloud-based phone service, which uses the company's satellite network. Viasat has previously touted its network's ability to support VoIP, but customers can now bundle the network with Viasat Business Voice.

Cisco
Meet the Catalyst 8000 family.
Cisco announced what it called its largest routing
refresh in a decade. The changes include two WAN edge devices as well as a cellular gateway. Customers will use these offerings as an upgrade from Cisco's ISR and ASR routers.

Zoom
Zoom gave unveiled end-to-end encryption to the world.
All users can now harness the encryption, including groups and individual customers. Account administrators can toggle the encryption on and off based on preference.
Zoom also added immersive backgrounds, whiteboard features and other video and phone features.

Citrix
Citrix added
integrations to its Workspace application platform.
The two-year-old platform now features Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom and Google G Suite integrations. As a result, customers' employees can access their applications and data in a more unified fashion.
“A massive shift to remote work means that right now, technology is the primary driver of employee experience," Citrix' CEO said.

Oracle
The
vendor improved the
cloud management experience with its Oracle Cloud Observability and Management.
The platform uses machine learning to find anomalies and issues remediation alerts. The solution also forecasts impending issues and thus keeps partners and customers from acting reactively. The platform also harnesses open standards to work with providers like Slack and Twilio.

Comcast
Comcast Business announced a solution that will improve life for remote workers.
The new Comcast Business Teleworker VPN mirrors the corporate network connection that employees enjoyed back when they worked at the office. The remote access VPN solution uses Aruba's Edge Services Platform (ESP) to establish policies for branch and home offices.
