Image Gallery: ScanSource POS and Barcode Partner Summit

ScanSource POS and Barcode, U.S., recently hosted Partner Summit 2016 in Greenville, South Carolina, to connect vendors and sales team members and discuss strategies for continued success and ongoing development of individual business goals.

The three-day Summit, held Oct. 17-19, included a general session with guest speakers, and breakout sessions with vendors, ScanSource leadership and sales reps. 

Attendees also had the opportunity to network with one another during happy hours, vendor receptions, a Summit celebration, and a POS and Barcode charity golf tournament benefiting Greenville’s Frazee Center, a free preschool, after-school, and summer program serving under-resourced children in South Carolina. The Frazee Center is a longtime charitable partner of ScanSource.

Other activities throughout the three days included a BMW driving experience, Fantasy Camp with the Greenville Drive baseball team, and a culinary tour of downtown Greenville.

Andrew Pryfogle, senior vice president of Cloud Transformation at Intelisys, spoke about ScanSource’s recent acquisition of Intelisys and the opportunities that lie ahead.

Philip Dana, chief of People Operations at The Honor Foundation, a unique veterans’ transition institute for those who served in the Special Operations Forces, spoke at the general session.

ScanSource has partnered with The Honor Foundation to help further its mission, and Dana reinforced the importance of helping veterans transition after service.
