The ScanSource 1COMM Solutions Summit drew hundreds of attendees to Hilton Head, South Carolina, Oct. 17-19. The event focused on sharing information on transforming and growing business. Presentations took an in-depth look at how – and why – to improve customer experience, and the financial benefits of incorporating a recurring revenue service model.
ScanSource executives such as Greg Dixon, chief technology officer, and Buck Baker, co-president, U.S. and Canada, shared insights regarding new technologies on the horizon and how to monetize technology to increase bottom lines. In addition, John Foley, former lead solo pilot of the Blue Angels, shared practical insights and tips for success, regarding how to ready businesses to grow and thrive in the ever-evolving unified communications market.
