Welcome!
Keith Coker, Green Cloud CEO and founder, welcomed partners, community leaders, employees, family and friends to the celebration. Coker said Green Cloud’s new, modern office will accommodate their projected growth and build on the company’s culture of innovation, teamwork and collaboration so the company can continue to deliver sophisticated, cloud-based technology solutions to its customers.
Ribbon Cutting
Green Cloud founders Eric Hester (CTO), Keith Coker, (CEO) and Charles Houser (executive VP of sales and marketing) cut the ribbon at the company’s celebration. Green Cloud was ranked 73rd on the Inc. 500 in 2016, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies. It also was an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2017 and 2018.
Artwork
Green Cloud held a photo competition inviting employees to enter artwork and photography to be displayed in the new office. Top submissions were displayed on the walls throughout the new headquarters. The winning photograph was of a downtown Greenville attraction by Green Cloud’s Micheal Godwin, a network operations engineer. Greenville, the fourth fastest-growing city in the country, is situated halfway between Charlotte, North Carolina, and Atlanta, at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Reedy River Falls
Green Cloud’s Jason Powell, executive director of partner services, was the runner-up in the artwork competition for his photo of Greenville’s Reedy River Falls, located in Greenville’s award-winning, scenic downtown.
Co-Founders
Hester, Coker and Houser co-founded Green Cloud in 2011. They have created a successful business model completely focused on building partner networks and providing customers with world-class servers, backup and recovery solutions.
Gathering
Green Cloud says it delivers customized cloud solutions and services through MSPs and VARs so that they can successfully design, build and deliver cloud infrastructure for customers.
Employees
Employees gathered in front of Green Cloud’s new headquarters. The company’s $7.8 million investment is projected to create approximately 50 new jobs over the next five years. Every Green Cloud employee is fully vested in the company, which was named a “Top Workplace” in South Carolina in 2017 and 2018.
