HP Inc. redesigned its Managed Print Services in order to defend corporate print environments from cyberattacks. The new managed-print capabilities include software solutions and advanced security professional services.

New Services Roundup: BroadSoft
BroadSoft launched UC-One Conference Room, a conference room system that connects businesses to existing conference rooms in UC-One virtual conference. Broadsoft said the solution is less expensive and easier to install.

Dell Boomi announced a new version of its integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), which helps businesses integrate data across applications in hybrid IT environments. The company said the latest release will help Boomi customers build connected businesses more efficiently.

StorageCraft introduced Cloud Backup for Microsoft Office 365, which gives protection for MicrosoftExchange, calendars and contacts, OneDrive, SharePoint and publicly shared folders. The company said SaaS users are in need of the ability to recover the files that they accidentally overwrite or delete.

New Services Roundup: Whoa.com
Whoa.com, which provides cloud-based security, debuted its Threat Observation Platform, giving its partners the opportunity to start taking on security services.
The platform provides transparency into Whoa.com’s intrusion detection and intrusion prevention offerings at all times to protect the company’s business clients’ infrastructure from cyber threats. The company also provides tools to generate and download blocked threat reports for compliance needs or internal use as needed.

SolarWinds MSP launched a new generation of its remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform, SolarWinds MSP N-central 11. The MSP N-central 11 is generally available, and it automates management of core IT services.

New Services Roundup: EventTracker
EventTracker, the security information and event management (SIEM) provider, launched SIEMphonic, a managed security service. SIEMphonic is based on the EventTracker platform, which is deployed either on-prem or in the cloud. Uses includes SIEM, intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning and threat intelligence.

IT management solution provider Kaseya announced PSA Migrator, a solution for migrating from legacy professional services automation (PSA) solutions to Kaseya Business Management Solution (BMS). The BMS is said to give MSPs control over sales, marketing, human resources, client project management and IT service delivery.
