You could say they’ve “mastered” the art of hiring. Once again, master agents – many of whom are growing significantly – are growing their teams as a result.
Telarus, ahead of its annual Partner Summit, Aug. 7-10, named a pair of senior partner development managers. Fellow master Intelisys got in on the act, adding a national contact center specialist to guide partners through contact center sales. Speaking of Intelisys, one of its top execs, Andrew Pryfogle, moved on to a new role at cloud distributor Pax8.
But the human resources departments at a number of vendors have been busy this summer as well.
Five 9, Malwarebytes, RapidScale and Nextiva are among the channel players with new hires and promotions featured in the gallery below, where you’ll find 26 people on the move in July.

Andrew Pryfogle, one of the best-known names on this list, said he's taking his talents from master agent Intelisys to Pax8.
It's a nice move for the cloud distributor, which tapped Pryfogle to focus on what many in the channel believe has potential, but has struggled to get off the ground — the idea of telecom-IT convergence.
Pax8 anticipates Pryfogle's experience working with both traditional telecom agents and managed service providers at Intelisys will help bridge that gap.
