VMware (VMW) announced the general availability of vRealize Automation 7 and vRealize Business Standard 7 on Monday, rounding out the most recent update to the virtualization company’s vRealize Suite.

vRealize Automation 7 is the latest version of the company’s software designed to improve IT agility. Version 7 includes a faster installation wizard as well as a simplified architecture to make service provisioning faster, the company said. New features also include a unified blueprint and design campus as well as integration with VMware NSX 6.2.

Meanwhile, vRealize Business Standard helps enterprise users plan and manage their cloud costs by finding the transparency of cloud costs and automatically generating pricing preferences for private clouds based on the current cost of infrastructure, according to VMware. The software includes support for Microsoft Azure environments as well as enhanced showback capabilities and a series of new planning and cost optimization features.
