UC Customer Satisfaction Survey 2020
In 2020, the Eastern Management Group surveyed small, mid-market, and enterprise customers about their satisfaction with their UC platform and provider. These organizations, ranging in size from a single employee to over 20,000 employees, represented a globally diverse sample of both cloud and on-premise customers.
More than 4,000 IT managers from these organizations evaluated their UC provider on 12 Customer Satisfaction Measurements across three categories. The goal: to provide a larger data set for evaluating, not just the cost value, but the “experience value” of different UC providers.
